Step #1 - Complete our Intake Form
Share key details about yourself, your sport, goals, schedule, and training background.
Step #2 - One-on-One Consultation
We will connect for a brief 5–10 minute consultation to discuss your athletic goals in depth, review your intake profile, and walk you through our overarching training philosophy.
Step #3 - Performance Assessment
Our performance assessment evaluates each athlete’s strength, speed, power, and movement to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
The results guide an individualized training plan and establish a baseline to track progress.
Following your assessment analysis, we will recommend the ideal training program tailored to you.
Designed with clear progression in mind, your tailored plan will systematically target performance gaps and help you maximize athletic performance on and off the field.

This depends on the athlete’s goals, schedule, sport, and current training load.
For athletes looking to make meaningful improvements, training consistently is important. During the consultation and assessment process, we can recommend an appropriate training frequency.

Sessions vary depending on the athlete, but training may include:
Strength development, sprinting and acceleration, change of direction, jumping and power development, mobility, coordination, conditioning, and injury-risk-reduction strategies.
We do not use the exact same workout for every athlete.
